Abstract

The McMaster Health Forum convened a stakeholder dialogue on the topic of multimorbidity in Ontario on October 21, 2013. The Forum, in consultation with expert informants, created an issue brief which outlines the problem. They also described three elements of an effective approach to addressing the problem, and implementation considerations.
