Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Written submissions are in Microsoft Word format (.docx). Audio submissions are in .mp3 format. Video submissions are in .mp4 or .avi format. Infographics are in .tiff, .png, or .pdf.
- Submission adheres to the stated guidelines for the respective file type (i.e., written, audio, video, etc.)
- All references are formatted according to Vancouver style.
- Submission includes a title page submitted as a Microsoft Word Document (.docx).
- A PDF document provided a point-by-point response to all reviewer comments is included with the submission.
- (IF applicable) Audio and video submissions includes an audio transcript or subtitles (embedded or as separate submission). Infographics or images include alt text (embedded or as separate submission).
