Announcements
To all those individuals who may have submitted an article to NEXUS in the past few years,
When the journal went on hiatus in 2017 the submissions process was not turned off. Students excitedly continued to submit their projects through our portal, but unfortunately, no one was on the other side to handle them. This resulted in a large number of submissions that have accrued and gone unanswered over the years. As we go through the process of relaunching the journal, we have come to realize there are too many submissions to deal with retroactively. For this reason, we will be deleting all the articles that were submitted while the journal was on hiatus. This includes any that had initial contact with the previous editorial team but remained unfinished.
For this, we deeply apologize. We know the amount of work it takes to research and write an article, and we recognize that many will be too out-of-date to resubmit as is. If you are still interested in publishing through NEXUS, please watch for updates. We will be more than happy to evaluate any new submissions once our site has been revamped.
Thank you for your patience as we work to relaunch the website and journal.
NEXUS Co-Editors,
Emily Gillard
