Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • All bibliographic and formatting standards in the Author Guidelines have been strictly adhered to.
  • The submission file is included in PDF format.
  • All supporting files are uploaded, including the manuscript file (Word), the references document (if any), as well as a cover letter.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in Citation style.
  • Permission has been obtained from the copyright holder for all reproduced imagery including figures, pictures, or images of tables. All permission forms (if required) are signed, dated, and attached.
  • Permission has been obtained from all co-authors, supervisors, Professors, and sponsors. Appropriate permission forms are attached (where applicable).
