A comparison on the effects of temperature and ocean salinity on South Africa’s Precipitation.

To understand the relationship between changing environmental factors and the amount of precipitation that falls within a geographical location. Environmental factors such as, salinity and temperature are but a few factors that can change the rate of evaporation of near-by oceans, affecting the amount of precipitation that falls. Completing this research will aid the oceanographers and climatologists in pursuit of predicting the amount of precipitation that falls within a geographical location. The information on the amount of precipitation that falls within a geographical location can impact the way governments allocate their natural resources like water, especially for developing countries. During times of drought, if the government were to be prepared and provided water to agriculture production this will be a strong way to boost the economy. Impacting global agriculture production and economy will have positive lasting effects on global hunger and poverty.
