Student Mind proudly presents its inaugural issue, a collection of research and reflections written by undergraduate scholars exploring the intersection of psychology and education.

This first issue highlights diverse perspectives on student wellbeing, learning, and cognitive development. Topics include the critical role of sleep in memory retention, the impact of social media on academic performance, occupational therapy’s influence on students with ASD, the effects of ametropia on education, and the connection between environmental toxins and ADHD.

More than an academic publication, Student Mind is a platform for emerging voices to share evidence-based insights grounded in lived student experiences. Each contribution reflects curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to understanding how psychological principles shape education and the student journey.

Read, reflect, and join us in exploring the complexities of the student mind, where research meets real life.
